A Place to Dance, Grow and Belong
We believe dance builds more than great dancers.
Our classes help children develop confidence, coordination, creativity and friendships in a positive, family-friendly environment.
Small classes, on purpose.
We limit classes to 15 dancers so no child disappears in a crowd.
Every teacher is background-checked, CPR and First Aid certified.
Every instructor, every class. No exceptions.
Have an older one too? The ages 6 to 8 class runs at the exact same time in the studio next door.
Bring both, one trip, both free. You can add your second child right after you register the first.
Taught by Ms. Lauren
Lauren is the owner and director of Mile High Dance Center and has spent more than a decade creating a place where dancers can learn, grow, and build confidence.
A lifelong dancer and experienced educator, Lauren’s background includes competing internationally, performing as a Denver Broncos Cheerleader, coaching collegiate dance and cheer teams, and earning degrees in both Dance and Advertising from the University of Colorado.
Today, her passion is creating a positive, encouraging environment where kids can fall in love with dance, build confidence, and feel proud of what they can do.
Questions Parents Ask
Is it really free? What's the catch?
No catch. It is 100% free, there is no card on file and there is nothing to cancel. We would rather you meet our teachers and see the studio before you decide anything.
My child is really shy. Is that a problem?
Not at all, and it is the most common thing we hear. Some little ones sit on the edge and watch the whole hour. That counts, and it cost you nothing to find out.
Does she need any dance experience?
None. Every child in the room is trying it for the first time. That is the whole point of the morning.
What should my child wear?
No special dance clothes or shoes are needed! Have them wear anything they can comfortably move in, like leggings or shorts and a t-shirt. If they already have a leotard or ballet shoes, they’re welcome to wear those too. Socks or bare feet are perfectly fine. Nothing special to buy. Just come ready to dance!
Do I stay, or drop off?
You stay. Parents are in the lobby with coffee and muffins the entire hour. You walk your dancer in and you walk them out.
What happens after the class?
Nothing automatic. No card, no enrollment, no follow-up you have to escape. If they loved it we will show you what a regular class looks like. If they did not, you found out for free on a Sunday.
Where are you located?
Our studio is located at 99 Inverness Dr E #250a, Englewood, CO 80112, in the Inverness area just off I-25. Free parking right out front. Our families come from surrounding areas including Centennial, Greenwood Village, Lone Tree, Englewood and Highlands Ranch.
